1. Mr. Jyotiprasad Chiripal, Chairman and Non-Executive Director
He is aged 71 years. He is the founder member of Chiripal Group of Companies since 1972. He has completed Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University and has five decades’ experience in various industries such as textiles, petrochemicals, infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy sector. He holds directorship in various companies of Chiripal Group. He handled in his career different portfolios like finance, production, marketing and customer development etc. Presently, he is a Chairman and NonExecutive Director of the Company.

2. Mr. Suresh Chatterjee, Independent Director
He is 69 years. He is result-driven finance professional with 25 years of senior level experience in Public Financial institutions and private sector. Proven track record of managing business growth, managing risk and providing strategic guidance. He possesses a unique blend of technical expertise in Chemical Engineering financial acumen and legal knowledge. He has served as Nominee Director on Boards of many large Companies.

3. Mr. Pradeep Mantri, Whole Time Director
He is 56 years. Pradeep Mantri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Purchase and Supply Chain Management. He possesses strong expertise in strategic procurement with a focus on timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing practices. His comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management enables effective oversight of operational efficiencies and risk mitigation. He brings significant experience in Import and Export Management, ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements, government regulations, and official notifications. His knowledge of regulatory frameworks supports strong governance and adherence to legal obligations.

4. Mr. Chintan Patel, Independent Director
He is aged 39 years. He is member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, currently he is Company Secretary in Practice based in Ahmedabad having experience of more than 12 years in the fields of Compliance, Secretarial, Legal, Merger & Amalgamation, Takeover, IPO etc., He had completed graduation in Commerce from the H. L. College of Commerce, Gujarat University and Graduation of Law from the M. N. Law College, Gujarat University. Presently, he is Independent Director of the Company.

5. Ms. Chinar Jethwani, Independent Director
She is aged 34 years. she is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. She is having experience of 9 years in the field and Legal & Secretarial affairs, Finance Dealings, RBI and other regulatory liaison, Legal Cases of Recovery etc. She handled an NCDs Private Placement Offer and listing procedures, Issuance of Preference Shares, Petition to change Registered Office from one State to another. Presently, she is an Independent Director of the Company.

6. Mrs. Pooja Shah, Independent Director
She is aged 34 years. she is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate, currently she is Company Secretary in Practice is based in Ahmedabad. She is having experience of 9 years in the field and overseeing Corporate Laws, Legal drafting, FEMA laws and other Law matters with effective supervision of work and co-ordination with the clients. Currently as a Practicing Company Secretary, her clients are a manufacturing pharmaceutical company, a UK based Software Company and other local companies on various legal matters. Presently, she is an Independent Director of the Company.
