Our company was incorporated as “Nova Poly Yarn Limited” a public limited company by shares under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 17th December, 2013 with registration No. 043354 and now CIN No. L17111GJ1983PLC043354 in the state of Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli. The Certificate of Commencement of Business was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat Dadra Nagar Haveli on 5th April, 2004. The Company was resulting company of “Nova Petrochemicals Limited” under the scheme of Arrangement under scheme of Demerger approved by the High Court of Gujarat on 27th August, 2009.

After Demerger the name of the Company was changed to “CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited and fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli on 19th October, 2009. Subsequently on 04th December. 2024, the name of the company was further changed to “True Green Bio Energy Limited”. The company's equity shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
